Sarah Palin: I urge Minnesota delegates to support Julianne Ortman for Senate

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

To Minnesota GOP Delegates meeting today, I urge you to support Julianne Ortman in her bid to unseat Al Franken as the Gopher State’s next senator. Julianne is a true conservative and the only candidate who is battle tested with the leadership and experience necessary to beat Franken in November. As a state senator, she proved her commitment to conservative principles and her determination to make the tough calls to get things done. As the first woman to ever head the Senate Tax Committee, she led the effort to balance a $5 billion deficit without raising taxes by a single dollar. Those are the kind of results we need in Washington! Julianne will serve Minnesota and the nation with distinction and be a fighter for our liberties in the Senate. Please lend her your support.

Sarah Palin Endorses Chris McDaniel

Sarah Palin: Had a great time today in the lovely Magnolia State

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Had a great time today in the lovely Magnolia State rallying to elect Chris McDaniel to the U.S. Senate. It was wonderful meeting Chris’ beautiful family – and a special thank you to Chris’ son Cambridge for the gorgeous magnolia (see the photo of it below)!

This Mississippi senate race is a clear case of We the People vs. the permanent political class in D.C. Many fellow conservatives like my friend Mark Levin have endorsed Chris because this is a crucial race for conservatives who know "the status quo has got to go" if we're to get America on the right track. Chris is running for the right reasons with a positive conservative reform agenda to solve the problems facing our country. His priorities for government's role in our lives are right on! Chris KNOWS we have to fight to put government back on our side, and he's willing to fight for America as Mississippi's new U.S. Senator!

The Mississippi primary is June 3rd, and the good people of the Magnolia State have the opportunity to remind America that we can and will restore our exceptional nation by electing conservative reformers like Chris McDaniel!

June 3 Primaries in Alabama, California, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, New Jersey, South Dakota

June is here and the primaries are coming in bunches.  June third there will be primary contests in seven states.  Conservatives are urged to take the time to research and vote for the best candidates to run in November.  If you want a House and Senate run by republicans who listen to their conservative base instead of the various interest groups of the GOP Establishment, you must select those candidates in the primaries.  Sarah Palin has endorsed Joni Ernst for Senate in Iowa, Chris McDaniel for Senate in Mississippi and Steve Lonegan for Congress in New Jersey District 3.  Consider giving them your vote.  See the many links below for more information.  Election information can be found at anytime on my website.

Sarah Palin: STEVE LONEGAN FOR US CONGRESS FROM NEW JERSEY

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

STEVE LONEGAN FOR US CONGRESS FROM NEW JERSEY

Steve Lonegan gave liberals a fright in 2013 by putting on a fight like the Garden State had never seen against liberal Cory Booker in the special election for U.S. Senate. Never backing down from his conservative principles, Steve won support from Democrats, independents, and a unified GOP in his campaign. This good mayor isn’t done fighting for what’s right! 2014 has called him to run for the open U.S. House seat in New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District, an area he carried by five points in the Senate election.

Steve is the type of conservative leader we need. He believes in the free market principles this country was founded on because he has seen first hand how they can lead to success. Overcoming adversity in his own life, Steve built his successful business from the ground up and was elected mayor of Bogota, NJ. In Washington, he will be a dedicated fighter for lower taxes, balanced budgets, and lessening the burdens of regulation on small businesses. Todd and I enjoyed joining our friend Mark Levin in getting to know Steve and his wife Lorraine on the campaign trail, and I know these patriots are just the type of fighters we need in Congress.

Sarah Palin: Enjoy the weekend and never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Enjoy this long, glorious spring weekend, and please never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day. We set this time aside to honor the men and women who for generations have ensured our safety and our ability to spend a day like this in freedom and peace. They are more than just names on gravestones in national cemeteries and battlefields. They were someone’s child, sibling, spouse, parent, and friend. As President Reagan said, on Memorial Day we remember “those who were loved and who, in return, loved their countrymen enough to die for them.”

Thank you, God, for instilling the passion for freedom in these patriots. Thank you for equipping America with the resources to defend the liberty You have given us.

Please remember our active veterans today as well as those who have fallen. Every American should feel outrage at any injustice done to our veterans seeking what was promised them when they volunteered to defend the homeland. They are owed the health care they have already paid for. Friends, be determined to right the wrongs our vets face today.

President Lincoln knew our military heroes as "those who gave the last full measure of devotion” for our freedom; let’s continue Lincoln’s legacy of respect and always keep faith with our veterans. They, more than any, deserve our country’s unending respect and gratitude.

Sarah Palin drops by Hannity to discuss the VA scandal and more 5 21 2014

Sarah Palin: Government health care will not reduce the cost

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

"Government health care will not reduce the cost; it will simply refuse to pay the cost." Friends, that’s rationed care. That’s the VA today. That's what's got to change. That's why Congress has got to change because until we elect leaderswho'll buck the march to socialized medicine known as Obamacare, America’s health care system will go the way of the VA. That's why Obama’s Democrat party must be defeated in the ballot box in November. America is still the strongest nation on earth; outside forces won't ruin us – we will only destroy ourselves if the status quo doesn't go.

Sarah Palin: Congratulations to the recent victorious primary election campaigns

Congratulations to the recent victorious primary election campaigns. We trust you're rested up because America needs you to put shoulder to the grindstone as time marches toward this fall's general election. Our nation's future depends on a conservative agenda that lets freedom flourish and industry thrive with American workers again.

We need a united front to combat the egregious agenda under which our economy, security, and freedoms now suffer. It's only by banding together to push conservatives across the finish line that America can recover. How to do it? Focus. Keep your eye on the ball. Remember the real threat to our country's solvency and sovereignty is the liberal pro-Obama candidates we'll face this fall.

A special thanks tonight to Georgia senate candidate Karen Handel for having the courage to jump into the ring and fight for what is right. Our nation becomes a better nation when good candidates like Karen come forward and offer to serve for the right reasons. The party of Lincoln and Reagan needs more strong, confident conservative women like her. Teddy Roosevelt's quote about the man – or woman – “in the arena” is applicable here: God bless the candidate “who strives valiantly,” and “if [she] fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that [her] place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”

Many more primary races are underway. Constitutional conservatives will be the ones to adhere to the blueprint our Founders created for us to follow towards a more perfect union. Please support them. United we’ll stand for the exceptional nation America is destined to be again. Divided we’ll fall under continued failed liberal policies.

Thank you, campaign volunteers and informed voters! Hang in there; God bless you for your good efforts! Campaigns going forward, like Nebraska’s Ben Sasse, are in need of our involvement now more than ever. Here’s a reminder of what patriots can do together for our nation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzYm0E_Ae8Y

Sarah Palin: Obama knows nothing, sees nothing, and hears nothing

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Obama knows nothing, sees nothing, and hears nothing unless his lapdogs bark, then his ears perk up. Not exactly using a hunting dog to flush out the truth, is he? Kind of reminds me of that famous Will Rogers quote: “All I know is just what I read in the papers, and that’s an alibi for my ignorance.”

The head of a government that has the most sophisticated spying apparatus ever created can monitor who we talk to, what we talk about, how many twinkies our kids eat and the calories we consume, where we travel, etc. etc., yet announces our President’s daily Intelligence report is actually prepared by Matt Drudge. Hmmm. Perhaps the NSA should take out ads in the sports section to assure the President reads his morning Intelligence briefing.

Here’s a quick video of our Community Organizer-in-Chief explaining his lack of knowledge of the nation’s major scandals, using his favorite convenient excuse and perhaps also saying much about his management skills with a dysfunctional, disinterested staff. What do you think?

Texas Primary Runoff May 27

Consider this a lull until more primaries resume on June 3.  This contest in Texas must not be overlooked.  It is possible for primary voters to not vote in the runoff.  That must not happen. Texans must still choose which candidates will run in November for lieutenant governor, attorney general along with the railroad and agriculture commissioners.  Texas conservatives please get out and vote May 27 in the runoff.  See the link below for more information.

Sarah Palin: Hillary’s Brain; Hillary’s Brain on Drudge

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Hillary’s Brain; Hillary’s Brain on Drudge

An article linked today on Drudge:
http://on.wsj.com/1jOqOJR

Hey! Hillary’s brain is off-limits! Leave her health records alone! Democrats are right – scouring records of a female candidate is just politics of personal destruction, and for the media to engage in it would be unfair, unethical, and absolutely UNPRECEDENTED. You can’t probe a woman like that because, well, it’s a war on women!

Bunch of sexist, big meanies engaging in something heretofore unheard of, for shame.

America, you deserve fair and consistent coverage of relevant issues before deciding a Presidential/Vice Presidential ticket, so have faith the agenda-less media will refuse to push whispers and wildly inaccurate information about a partisan politician’s body part. Goodness, no one credible would print lies, continually harass a candidate’s doctor, disrupt local hospital staff, or even offer to pay locals to give “quotes” about her health records to be included in a “research book” by a public university professor (your tax dollars at work?) which the candidate’s attorney will need to respond to.

Thank goodness liberals are consistent in refusing to apply double standards, thanks to their disdain for hypocrisy – so they’ll come through once again! Rest assured these self-designated protectors of what they obviously believe is the “weaker sex” needing protection in the political arena will elevate political discourse. Apparently, Democrats demand their next chosen one’s brain must be absent. Opposition – go there exploring a liberal’s brain and you find nothing; or, find something and you’re just trying to distract voters from the REAL issues.

See, the country’s just swell under the Obama regime (which includes any cabinet member who’d lie and prove ineptitude by shining the boot that’s now on America’s neck). With enormous issues to debate before choosing a Presidential/Vice Presidential ticket, have confidence no mean-spirited salaciousness will be pushed by “real journalists.”

Nope. This just doesn’t happen at this respectable level of American politics.

Just ask me. And Trig.

Sarah Palin: Georgia is ready to come through for the sake of liberty

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Georgia is ready to come through for the sake of liberty and help restore American exceptionalism! Tomorrow, Republicans in Georgia have the opportunity to send a strong message to Washington by voting for Karen Handel for U.S. Senate. Conservatives across Georgia are rallying behind Karen’s campaign. There is a reason the good old boys are ganging up on Karen – she threatens their status quo. They know that she will shake it up in Washington. Change scares them, and that is why they’ve tossed everything including the kitchen sink her way. In Washington she will bring positive conservative change just like she did in Georgia, and she won’t be afraid to call them like she sees them.

This year’s elections are about who we send to Washington to help restore our country after six years of a disastrous administration. It’s not about who has the best rhetoric, the loudest voice, or the best TV ads. It’s about who we trust to keep their word to fight for conservative principles and grow the conservative movement at the same time.

Voters need to look carefully at a candidate’s record. Look beyond the flashy campaign ads of establishment candidates and the bombastic rhetoric of candidates who claim to be the most conservative in the race. Karen has walked the walk when it comes to cutting government waste, providing ethical leadership, and fighting back against big bullying government. We can count on Karen to take her real life skills to Washington to help balance our budget, fight for lower taxes, and do everything she can to keep the government out of our lives.

GOP voters in the gorgeous Peach State have many choices if they want something said, but Karen Handel is the only choice if we want something done. Karen will get the job done.

Thoughtful and caring Georgians, please get out and vote tomorrow. The stakes for our country’s future have never been higher. Consider giving Karen Handel your support in this critical Senate race tomorrow! Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Please turnout and vote for Karen Handel for U.S. Senate tomorrow!

Sarah Palin: No Problem With Death Panels, Not Even a Smidgen

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

No Problem With Death Panels, Not Even a Smidgen

Let’s take a stroll down “death panel” memory lane. Here are just a few excerpts for you to draw your own conclusions.

My Facebook Post on August 7, 2009:

“And who will suffer the most when they ration care? The sick, the elderly, and the disabled, of course. The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.”

Politifact declared my statement “Lie of the Year.” August 10, 2009, is their first claim:

“We agree with Palin that such a system would be evil. But it's definitely not what President Barack Obama or any other Democrat has proposed.”

Hot Air yesterday, May 15, 2014:

“VA Secretary Eric Shinseki declared himself ‘mad as hell’ over the allegations of wait-list fraud in Phoenix, where 40 veterans passed away before accessing medical assistance while the office falsified records.”

Daily Caller yesterday, May 15, 2014:

“When individuals receive care through the VA, it becomes the only payer and hence, the only decision-maker. The VA decides who gets care, when, and how much. Moreover, as the single payer, the VA bears the risk of loss: If tax dollars aren’t enough to pay for the care demanded, there’s only one result —rationing of care.”

Again, remember what the influential (to other sheep in their leftist herd anyway) Politifact wrote about this “Lie of the Year”:

“We agree with Palin that such a system would be evil. But it's definitely not what President Barack Obama or any other Democrat has proposed.”

Las Vegas Sun on August 10, 2013:

“[Senator Harry] Reid said he thinks the country has to ‘work our way past’ insurance-based health care during a Friday night appearance on Vegas PBS’ program Nevada Week in Review. ‘What we’ve done with Obamacare is have a step in the right direction, but we’re far from having something that’s going to work forever,’ Reid said. When then asked by panelist Steve Sebelius whether he meant ultimately the country would have to have a health care system that abandoned insurance as the means of accessing it [by moving to a single-payer system instead], Reid said: ‘Yes, yes. Absolutely, yes.’”

And Barack Obama himself warned he wanted single-payer! June 30, 2003: “I happen to be a proponent of a single-payer health care plan.”

Obama repeatedly warned America: http://youtu.be/Kvg8qVKZYuM. So, media, your average Joe Six Pack American (i.e. me) caught those warnings, and YOU didn’t? Riiight.

I love this American Awakening when finally more voters can’t say they weren’t warned. Stamped with the media’s “Lie of the Year”, I had the sticky label on my back for years used as convenient “proof” that commonsense conservatives just don’t know what we’re talking about. Denouncing from the Orwellian Left and a squishy Right ensued. But the truth stares us in the face and pocketbook, especially as we see the unworkable Obamacare.

What happens next is the Left will subtly suggest moving America toward a single-payer system, which was their intention all along. Watch for this gradual, but driving, descent into statism.

So, are you still relying on Obamacare to help and not hurt you? On the Democrat’s watch, health care in the hands of unaccountable bureaucrats proves Reagan’s adage that government is not the solution; government is the problem.

And speaking of the VA scandal, we’ve seen how Obama merely gives lip service to his bureaucrats “investigating” his bureaucracy, so don’t be surprised if he finds nothing wrong in the government’s VA health system – “NOT EVEN A SMIDGEN”!

Sarah Palin: OBAMA TWITTERING TEETERS TOWARDS CHAOS

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

OBAMA TWITTERING TEETERS TOWARDS CHAOS

This photo says it all about the Obama administration’s reliance on junior high-like tweets and tickles in place of a foreign policy rooted in peace through strength. Diplomacy via Twitter is the lazy, ineffectual, naïve, and insulting way for America’s leaders to deal with major national and international issues. It’s embarrassing. Under Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton’s State Department repeatedly refused to recognize Boko Haram as terrorists despite their conventional, predictable Islamic terrorist rants, training, and mission. Now, in a life or death situation, nearly 300 kidnapped Nigerian girls are in the hands of these terrorists awaiting rescue.

And what is the Obama administration’s weapon of choice in this battle for these young girls’ lives? Hashtagging tweets on social media! I kinda-sorta doubt a tweet will intimidate the kidnappers much. So, if you’re going to jump in and do something about these Islamic terrorists at all, then do it right, do it firmly, and kick their ass.

Like the patriot writes in this photo, winning takes Warriors. If you intend to rescue these innocent girls whose only “crime” was seeking an education despite the threats of insane Islamic terrorists who drag women back to the Stone Age (see, Liberals, THAT is the real “war on women” so quit making it up that conservatives wage it), then you need to send a message to the world that our United States military is the strongest force to protect the good guys, and the most deadly against the bad guys. Pretty simple, the world needs to know America is still on the side of the good guys.

If you’re going to get involved anyway, Mr. President, learn to understand this and believe it, then announce it: Victory is only brought to you “courtesy of the red, white and blue.” It’s certainly not won by your mere “unfriending” the bad guys on Facebook. Leading from behind is not the American way.

Sarah Palin: COL. ROB MANESS (ret) FOR U.S. SENATE FROM LOUISIANA

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

COL. ROB MANESS (ret) FOR U.S. SENATE FROM LOUISIANA

Many of us have encouraged the election of more conservative warriors to join the fight in the United States Senate this election cycle. In the Louisiana Senate race we have the opportunity to send a true conservative and a real warrior to join that fight. So, today I am lending my support to retired Col. Rob Maness for U.S. Senate.

Col. Maness fought for 32 years in uniform upholding his pledge to support and defend our Constitution, and he is ready now to continue that service in the U.S. Senate. A decorated combat veteran, Rob fought to protect our freedoms and liberties and was awarded the Air Medal and Bronze Star for meritorious service in a combat zone. On that fateful day in September 2001, Rob was stationed in the Pentagon when the terrorists attacked. Rob rushed from his office to the crash site and quickly jumped on one of the first teams entering the building in an attempt to save their colleagues. You can hear more of Rob’s inspiring story from that day here: http://youtu.be/fohQig3Wbzk

Rob is a true conservative – opposing amnesty, pledging to protect our Second Amendment rights, and promising to defund Obamacare. As the grandfather of a now healthy 2-year-old baby grandson born at just 28 weeks and 2 lbs., 5 oz., he knows first hand the miracle of life and promises to protect it.

Rob is the admitted underdog in this race. Having spent his career in uniform, he does not have deep pockets or lobbyist connections to fund his campaign. To me, it’s a blessing, not a curse that he’s not held office before. After all, our founders weren’t politicians – many of them in fact were military leaders. Maybe it’s time we got back to those roots!

Rob’s opponents? Liberal Senator Mary Landrieu who still to this day says she would vote for Obamacare again – this, despite the fact that an estimated 80,000 Louisianans will see their current health plans cancelled despite promises from President Obama and Senator Landrieu that this would not occur.

The GOP establishment has turned to a moderate Congressman who opposed President Reagan in the past and was actually a supporter of Mary Landrieu until recent years. He voted to raise the debt ceiling, was one of 19 Republicans to vote for President Obama’s hate crimes legislation, campaigned in support of the government bailout (but now opposes it), voted for Obamacare Medicare savings (but now opposes them). Come on, GOP, is this the best we can do? I say no. Let’s come together and unite behind conservative warrior Col. Rob Maness – a proven fighter for freedom.

Louisiana, Col. Rob Maness fought for us for 32 years. Let’s fight for him these next six months and let him continue to support and defend our Constitution in the U.S. Senate.

You can learn more about Col. Maness and support his campaign at his website www.robmaness.com

Sarah Palin: DAN BONGINO FOR U.S. HOUSE FROM MARYLAND

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

DAN BONGINO FOR U.S. HOUSE FROM MARYLAND

Dan Bongino is a unique candidate in politics today. His boots on the ground experience in Washington, D.C. has given him the wisdom and warrior spirit we need to stop the far left liberal agenda that is fundamentally transforming America. A bonus for all of us is Dan’s background and rigorous training as a U.S. Secret Service agent. He’ll put to good use the positive characteristics that have been instilled in him with tenacity and dedication to principles. We need more like him!

I was proud to support Dan’s candidacy in 2010 for U.S. Senate against an entrenched liberal in a state that many in the GOP had long abandoned. We’re not giving up! Maryland deserves the best, and Congress sure needs the help, so Dan is back, more prepared than ever! It’s an honor to support Dan in his bid to reclaim a very important Congressional seat. He’s running for the right reasons. He’s prepared for this opportunity to serve the people and to put government back on our side by getting it off our back. Watch some of Dan’s past videos and speeches and there will be no doubt he’s worthy of your support.

These elections are more than just liberal vs. conservative or Republican vs. Democrat – it’s come down to us vs. them – the people vs. the politicians. We need more of “We the People” – like Dan – to take on Washington and take our country back.

A staunch defender of our liberties and Constitution, Dan will be an important voice for our cause in Congress. As a Secret Service agent, Dan has seen first hand the ugly underbelly of Washington, D.C. behind the scenes – backroom deals and crony capitalism at its worst. He knows better than most what we are up against and how to combat it. Let’s cede no ground in the fight to restore America in 2014. Please get behind Dan Bongino and send him to Congress where he will help lead America toward exceptionalism again!
